Description: At Quevana we make cheese with no dairy. We produce aged organic cheeses made from cashew nuts that, apart from being absolutely delicious, help you take care of your health, the planet and the animals. Our cheeses are made of 3 basic ingredients: cashew nuts, Himalayan salt and probiotics, giving them great nutritional properties. We’re a young company based in Segovia, Spain, and our mission is to better the current food system by offering products that taste great and take care of what we value the most: our health, the planet and the animals. We are organic and IFS certified and we sell in several countries inside and outside of Europe. Our cheeses have 18 months shelf life.
